Ivan Babenko (1935-2005)

Born in Kyiv. Instructor at Kharkiv Urban Design Academy Graduated from Kharkiv Art College in 1965 and Ivan Fedorov Ukrainian Printing Institute in L’viv in 1971. Member, Union of Artists of Ukraine, and Union of Journalists of Ukraine. Known as a painter and graphic artist of genre canvases, landscapes and portraits. His works are held in Ukrainian museums and private collections, including in Germany, Lebanon, Turkey and the United States.

VALENTYN CHERNUKHA (1919-1980)

Born in Kharkiv. Graduated from Kharkiv Art College in 1951. Member, Union of Artists of Ukraine. His work comprises painting, book graphics, interior design and monumental decorative art and is held in Ukrainian museums and private collections.

Danylo Dzevanovsky (1916-2002)

Born in Chisinau, Moldova. Studied at Kyiv Art Institute in 1939. Painter of landscapes, portraits and genre canvases, his works can be seen in Ukrainian museums and private collections abroad, including in Bulgaria and Hungary.

Mykola Kravtsov (1934-1980)

Born in Donetsk Region. Graduated from Odesa Art College in 1958. Member, Union of Artists of Ukraine. Painter of genre canvases and landscapes. His work is held in Ukrainian museums and private collections.

Serhii Lisenko (1921-1982)

Born in Horodische, Cherkasy Region. Graduated from Kyiv Art Institute in 1952. Member, Union of Artists of Ukraine. First exhibited in 1952. Known as a painter of genre canvases and landscapes, Lisenko’s works are held in Ukrainian museums and private collections.

Zinaida Volkovinska (1915-2010)

Born in Odesa. Graduated from Odesa Art College in 1932 and Kyiv Art Institute in 1940. First exhibited in 1945. Painter of thematic compositions, portraits, landscapes and still lifes as well as an illustrator of Ukrainian and other folk tales. Her works can be found in Ukrainian museums and private collections.
